Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks IX, XIII, and XIV, Maramarua Survey District, commencing at the south-east corner of Opuatia No. 10B ; thence in a south-easterly direction along the left bank of the Waikato River to its junction with the south-eastern corner of Lot 3, as shown on plan No. 14623 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland ; thence along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 3 to its south-eastern corner ; thence in a north-westerly direction along the southern boundaries of Lots 3 and 2, as shown on plan No. 14623 aforesaid, to the south-west corner of the said Lot 2 ; thence in a north-easterly direction along the western boundary of Lot 2 and Lot 1, as shown on plan No. 14623 aforesaid, to its junction with the Waikato River, the point of commencement.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Maramarua Survey District, commencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment 1 of Opuatia Parish, thence along the left bank of the Waikato River to the north-eastern corner of Opuatia No. 2B No. 1 ; thence along the northern, western, and southern boundaries of the said 2B No. 1 to the Waikato River ; thence again by the left bank of the said river to the south-eastern corner of part Allotment 6 of Opuatia Parish, shown on deeds plan No. 170 ; thence in a westerly direction generally along the southern boundary of the said part Allotment 6 to its junction with a public road ; thence along the said road in a north-westerly direction to the western boundary of the said part Allotment 6 ; thence along the western boundary of the said part Allotment 6 to the southern boundary of Lot 4, as shown on plan No. 14623 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland ; thence in a north-easterly direction along the southern boundary of the said Lot 4 to its south-eastern corner ; thence in a north-westerly direction generally along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 4 to the point of commencement.

Notification of Vacancy of Seat in the House of Representatives
for the Electoral District of Oamaru.

IN compliance with the provisions of section 99 of the Legislature Act, 1908, I hereby notify that the seat of JOHN ANDREW MACPHERSON in the House of Representatives for the electoral district of Oamaru did, under the provisions of paragraph (g) of section 196 of the said Act, become vacant on the 29th day of March, 1923, by reason of his election being declared void by an Election Court.
