of canals produced to the middle of said Waihou River; then again southerly along the middle of that river to the northern boundary of Waitoa Survey District; then westerly along that boundary-line to Te Awaiti 1b 2b 3 Block, along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of that block and south-western boundary of Te Awaiti 1b 2b 4 Block to the aforesaid northern boundary of Waitoa Survey District; then westerly along that boundary to Piako River, up the middle of that river to a public road forming the northern boundary of Part Maukoro Block, south-westerly along the middle of that road to the Morrinsville-Waitekaruru Main Road; then to and along the northern boundary of the said Maukoro Block, along the northern boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block V, Waitoa Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Maukoro No. 2b 2 Block, the northern boundary of Section 6, Block IV, Hapuakohe Survey District, to the middle of Mangawhero Road; northerly along the middle of that road to the north-western boundary of Section 3, Block IV, Hapuakohe Survey District, along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Tainui Settlement, to the confiscation-line; then northerly along that line to the mouth of the Pukorokoro Creek; then easterly along the sea-coast to the middle of the Waihou River, the place of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF PIAKO COUNTY.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 1, Tainui Settlement, and proceeding then along the southern boundary of the Hauraki Plains County hereinbefore described to the middle of the Waihou River; then down the middle of that river to the north-western boundary of Te Aroha Borough; then southerly, easterly, and northerly along the borough boundaries to a point due west of Trig. Station 567 (Te Aroha); then due east to said Trig. Station 567 and along the confiscation-line to the common boundary-line between the Piako and the Tauranga Counties as set forth in the boundaries of the Piako County, New Zealand Statutes of 1876, page 189; then along the said common boundary-line, being the western boundary of a forest reserve in Katikati and Aongatete Survey Districts; then south-westerly along the northern boundaries of Whakamarama No. 2 and Okauia No. 1 Blocks to the Wairere Stream, down the middle of that stream and the middle of the Waihou River, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 27A, Block X, Wairere Survey District; then to and along that boundary and the north-western boundaries of Section 27 and Lot 24A, Turanga-o-Moana Block; then northerly and westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Turanga-o-Moana, Aratiatia, Taramorahi No. 1, and Matamata North Blocks to the middle of the Waitoa River, down the middle of that river and up the middle of the Mangapapa River, to the south-eastern corner of Te Pae-o-te-Rawaru Block; then along the southern boundary of that block and along the eastern boundaries of Tawawhakapuoro, Te Konehu, Kiwitahi Nos. 1F, 1E, and 1D Blocks, along the northern and western boundaries of Kiwitahi No. 1D Block to the north-western corner of Kiwitahi No. 2 Block; then by the northern boundaries generally of Kiwitahi Nos. 2 and 3A and Karokaro Blocks to the confiscation-line; and north-westerly along said confiscation-line to the point of commencement.
