JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and twenty-one of the Land Act, 1908, and section sixty-nine of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the North Auckland, Auckland, Wellington, Marlborough, Westland, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.

Cancelling the Reservation over Portion of a Primary-education Endowment in the North Auckland Land District, and reserving Crown Land in lieu thereof.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-seven of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, deeming it expedient in the public interest so to do, do hereby cancel the reservation over that portion of a primary-education reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby reserve in lieu thereof the Crown lands of equal value described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY-EDUCATION RESERVE OVER WHICH RESERVATION CANCELLED, NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
PART Section 390, Town of Grahamtown: Area, 8 acres 0 roods 7·3 perches.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/191A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF CROWN LANDS RESERVED IN LIEU THEREOF, NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Sections 316 to 335 (both inclusive), Town of Grahamtown: Area, 20 acres 0 roods 24 perches.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/191B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Also Section 4, Block IV, Whangarei Survey District: Area, 48 acres 0 roods 32 perches.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/191c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Notifying Lands in North Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction for Cash or on Deferred Payments.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and twenty-six of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred payments; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
