raised by the Pohangina County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of building concrete culverts and small bridges where necessary in the Tamaki Riding, the said Pohangina County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fourteenth of a penny in the pound (1/14th of a penny in the £1) upon the capital rateable value of all the rateable property in the Tamaki Riding; and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the sixteenth day of April and the sixteenth day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years (thirty-six and a half years), or until the loan is fully paid off.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf enabling by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Pohangina County Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £850 (eight hundred and fifty pounds), authorized to be raised by the Pohangina County Council under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of building concrete culverts and small bridges where necessary in the Pohangina Riding, the said Pohangina County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fourteenth of a penny in the pound (1/14th of a penny in the £1) upon the capital rateable value of all the rateable property in the Pohangina Riding; and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the sixteenth day of April and the sixteenth day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years (thirty-six and a half years), or until the loan is fully paid off.

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £650 (six hundred and fifty pounds), authorized to be raised by the Pohangina County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of building concrete culverts and small bridges where necessary in the Mangapikopiko Riding, the said Pohangina County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-thirtieth of a penny in the pound (1/30th of a penny in the £1) upon the capital rateable value of all the rateable property in the Mangapikopiko Riding; and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the sixteenth day of April and the sixteenth day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years (thirty-six and a half years), or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—ELSTOW ROADS NO. 2 SPECIAL RATING AREA.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Piako County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
