Land set apart as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND CONSERVATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest Part No. 37.
ALL that area of Crown land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 522 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Sections 5 and 7, Block 5, Woodland Survey District.
Also all that area of Crown land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 489 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being Sections 34 and 35, Block 14, Rimu Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 218, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon washed green with neutral border.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1922.

WESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1716.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District situate in Block XII, Mount Oneone Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 587 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Sections 3090 and 3091 and a road reserve along the southern bank of the Wanganui River. As the same is more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 131, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon washed green with dotted green border.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1922.

Additional Land at Papakura taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway to take further land at Papakura, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 38·7 perches. Portion of Allotment 1, Opaheke Parish, Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District, Town of Papakura. (S.O. 22229, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 31548, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of December, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
Nydia Bay Scenic Reserve.
SECTION 1, Block V, Tennyson Survey District: Area, 347 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of December, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block V, Mapara Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/863, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2000, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of January, 1923.
