Alteration of Boundaries of the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a petition, publicly notified, has been presented to the Governor-General under section one hundred and thirty-four of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, by the Council of the City of Wellington, praying that the boundaries of the City of Wellington be altered so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto, being lands that ought reasonably to be included in the said city, and in respect of which there are no electors :
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the said city are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said city the area described in the said Schedule hereto, being lands that ought reasonably to be included in the said city, and in respect of which there are no electors.
SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN THE CITY OF WELLINGTON.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 108 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less, being part of Section 7, Harbour District, Block XI, Belmont Survey District, commencing at the northernmost corner of the said Section 7, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 7 for a distance of 1155·1 links; thence south-westerly on a bearing of 203° 16′ for a distance of 438·2 links; thence south-easterly on a bearing of 122° 3′ for a distance of 574·5 links; thence north-easterly on a bearing of 61° 54′ for a distance of 198·53 links to the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 7; thence south-easterly along that section boundary to the Hutt Road; thence south-westerly generally along the Hutt Road to the south-western corner of the said Section 7; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary to the north-western corner of that section; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that section to the point of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of December, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest No. 106.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,741 acres, more or less, being Sections 5, 3, and 4 of Block IX, Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Block XIII, all of the Takahue Survey District, and Sections 1, 2, and 3 of Block VIII, Ahipara Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 004, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1922.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
State Forest Part No. 10.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, in the County of Wallace, situated in Block IX, Longwood Survey District, and Block XIX, Jacob’s River Hundred, containing 412 acres, more or less. Bounded on the north-east generally by State forest, towards the south by a line due west to the east boundary of Longwood Survey District, thence by a line due south to the State forest boundary, Block IX aforesaid, and towards the south-west generally by the aforesaid State forest to the place of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on atlases 210, 211, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Also all that area situated in Block IX, Longwood Survey District, containing 16 acres, more or less, bounded on the north-west, north-east, south-east, and south-west by State forest. As the same is more particularly delineated on atlas 210, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1922.

ALL that area situated in Block XII, Longwood Survey District, containing 1,450 acres, more or less, bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-east corner of Section 11, Block XII aforesaid, and bounded towards the north by State forest, towards the north-east by State forest, towards the south by State forest, and towards the south-west by Sections 15, 13, the abutment of a road, and by Section 11 to the place of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on atlas No. 210, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1922.
