- Form No. 13B is hereby amended (a) by inserting the words “a copy of which is enclosed herewith” after the words “that an application”; and (b) by omitting the words “[Where the parties have not agreed as to the place of hearing, add] Notice is hereby further given that the Court will hear the parties on the question as to the place or places of hearing of the said application at the Supreme Court House, , on , the day of , 19 , at o’clock in the noon,” and substituting the following paragraphs:—
“IN pursuance of section 5 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1911, the respondents are required to lodge with me, not later than three clear days before the hearing of the dispute, a statement in detail admitting such of the claims of the applicants as they desire to admit, or making a counter-proposal with respect to the claims of the applicants or some or one of them. On the hearing of the dispute no counter-proposal by the respondents will be considered other than those contained in such statement, except with the leave of the Court, on such terms and conditions as it deems just.
“The respondents are further required, by regulation, to lodge as many copies of their admissions or counter-proposals as there are applicant parties, and twelve additional copies.”
