IN the Rainfall Returns for October, published in Gazette No. 93, of 14th December, 1922, the figures for the following stations should read as set out hereunder:—

In the twenty-first line of the third paragraph of the notice fixing the closing-hours of tobacconists’ shops in the Borough of Wanganui under the Shops and Offices Act, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 51, page 1368, of the 26th May, 1921, for “9 a.m.” read “9 p.m.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 24 perches.
Portion of Section 2, Square 176; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 1 rood 16 perches.
Adjoining Section 2, Square 176; coloured green.
All situated in Block VI, Matakita ki Survey District.
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.

9/939, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1994, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of December, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Eyre Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55781, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of December, 1922.
