In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of Wilson’s Motor Supplies (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company duly convened and held
at the registered office of the company, Bridge Street, Eltham,
on Tuesday, the 21st day of November, 1922, the following
extraordinary resolution was duly passed:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same,
and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the said meeting John Lindsay Weir, of Eltham,
Solicitor, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such
winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders
held on the 7th day of November, 1922, it was resolved, by way of special resolution, that the company be
voluntarily wound up, and that Mr. L. O. Atkinson be
appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first

and paid by the said Adam Francis, who will continue to

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1922, and the Municipal
Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other powers (if any) it
thereunto enabling, the Whangarei Borough Council hereby
resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Whangarei
Borough Council Unemployment Relief Loan of £5,000, 1922,
authorized to be raised by the Whangarei Borough Council,
under the above-mentioned Acts, for the purpose of providing
for the relief of unemployment in the Borough of
Whangarei, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special
rate of eleven-fortieths of a penny (11/40d.) in the pound
sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Whangarei;
and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the 1st
day of June in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is
fully paid off.

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL.
SPECIAL RESOLUTION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Cook County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,000, authorized to be raised by the
Cook County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for
metalling and improving portion of Totangi Road, the said
Cook County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate
of one farthing in the pound upon the rateable value of all
rateable property of the Totangi Special Rating District, comprising Tangihanga lc (part), Blocks VII and XI; Sections 3,
6, 8, Ngatapa Settlement, Block X; Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, Ngatapa Settlement, Block XI; Okahuatiu 1D 2B 4A, 1D 2B 4B,
1D 2B 4C, Block XI; all in Waikohu Survey District. And
that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first
day of July in each and every year during a period equal to
the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a
half years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The rate of
interest to be four and a half per cent.

that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Northcote Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of twenty-six thousand five hundred
pounds (£26,500), authorized to be raised by the Northcote
Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the
carrying-out of a drainage scheme within the drainage area
of the Borough of Northcote, including purchase of land,
