Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, DONALD GEORGE CLARK, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Napier Licensed Victuallers’ Association is no longer carrying on operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licences of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, 25th October, 1922.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Crown land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the Lands Office, Gisborne, on Thursday, the 14th day of December, 1922, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments.

SCHEDULE.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—WAIAPU COUNTY.

Section 1, Block XVI, Mata Survey District: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 27 perches; upset price, £55.

Weighted with £122, valuation for improvements made up as follows: Whare and chaff-house, £85; fencing, £25; and clearing, £12.

TERMS OF SALE.

One-fifth cash and valuation for improvements to be paid on the fall of hammer, and balance, with Crown-grant fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the deposit aforesaid will be forfeited and the contract for the sale of the land be null and void.

Title subject to Part XIII of the Land Act, 1908.

Full particulars may be obtained at this office and the Land Office, Gisborne.
