ERRATA.—In the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 11th day of September, 1922, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 68, page 2445, of the 14th day of September, 1922, withdrawing land from the operation of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, for “the 6th March, 1922, page 528,” read “the 6th March, 1902, page 528.”
In line 15 of the First Schedule to Order in Council dated 14th day of March, 1922, and gazetted on 30th March, 1922, page 762, altering boundaries of ridings, County of Southland, read “north 45° east 300 chains” for “north 450 chains, east 300 chains.”
Additional Land at Stillwater Junction taken for the Purposes of the Greymouth-Otira Section of the Springfield to Brunner ton Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth-Otira Section of the Springfield to Brunnerton Railway to take further land at Stillwater Junction, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 1 rood 23·8 perches.
Portion of Native Reserve No. 34, Block XI, Arnold Survey District, Grey County. (S.O. 2259.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 31284, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of October, 1922.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be a provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 86 acres, more or less, situated in Block VII, Turiwhate Survey District, and being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1676. Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 2981, and proceeding due north along the eastern boundary of the said section to the south-western corner of Section 2056; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said section to Harrington’s Creek; thence southerly along the left bank of the said creek to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 3056; and thence south-westerly by a right line to point of commencement. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 10/98/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of October, 1922.
