ERRATA.—In the Schedule at (5) included in the Additions to Regulations under the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 62, of the 17th August, 1922, page 2234, for Road Districts read Districts.

In the list of Justices of the Peace appointed, published on page 2246 of the New Zealand Gazette No. 62, of the 17th August, 1922, for “His Excellency the Governor-General is respectfully advised to appoint” read “His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint.”

Additional Land at Arahiwi taken for the Purposes of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway to take further land at Arahiwi, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 29910, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue and red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of August, 1922.

GOD SAVE THE KING!

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street in Gore Borough, at East Gore.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Waitaki—Bluff Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a street:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Gore Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
