gages and Deposits Extension Act, 1921.

WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public
Works Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the erection
of workers' dwellings; and for the purpose of such work the
lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be
taken.

Notice is further given that a plan of the lands so required
to be taken is deposited in the public offices of the Clerk to
the said Council at Waipiro Bay, and is open for inspection
by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-
grounded objections to the execution of such public work or
to the taking of such lands, must state their objections in
writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first
publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council
Chambers at Waipiro Bay.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of land required to be taken : 14 acres.
Being portion of Tikitiki Block, situate in Block V ; coloured
on plan pink. Shown on plan 983 (brown).
Situated in the Waiapu Survey District, County of Waiapu.
Dated at Waipiro Bay this 3rd day of August, 1922.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between RAYMOND PORRITT SPEDDING and
VICTOR GEORGE CLIFT, both of Rotorua, Garage Proprietors,
carrying on business under the name of “Spedding and
Clift,” is hereby dissolved as from the 13th day of July,
1922. The debts due to and by the Partnership will be paid
by and discharged by the said RAYMOND PORRITT SPEDDING,
who is continuing to carry on the said business under the
name of “Spedding and Co.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between Messrs. McGREGOR AND ROGERS, of
Emerson Street, Napier, Electricians, has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be carried
on by Mr. HECTOR McGREGOR, Napier Terrace, who will
liquidate all liabilities due by the late firm. Debts due to
the firm must be paid not later than 15th August next, other-
wise proceedings will be taken to recover same.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

THE Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United
States intends to issue one month after this date, in
terms of section 59 of the Life Insurance Act, 1908, a special

policy in place of Policy No. 1150533, in name of Archibald
T. Miller, of Clifden, declared to have been lost.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between us in the
Ladies Outfitting business carried on in Napier under
the name or style of “Ferguson and Hawkins” has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be conducted by Miss OLGA M.
FERGUSON, to whom all accounts must be paid, and who
assumes the liabilities of the firm.
