Declaring Land to be no longer subject to Part XV of the Native Land Act, 1909.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of July, 1922.
Present:
WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof;
And whereas the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is at present subject to Part XV of the said Act, and is vested in the Waiariki District Maori Land Board, which Board has recommended that such land be no longer subject as aforesaid and that it be revested in the Native owners:
And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing 16 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less, being that part of Owhatiura South No. 1 Section 2 Block, now called or known as Owhatiura South No. 1 Section 2c Block, and comprised in an equitable partition order of the Native Land Court, dated 6th June, 1922, and situate in the Tarawera Survey District.

Declaring Portion of the Wharepukhunga No. 3 Loan Block Road, in the Otorohanga County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of July, 1922.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, known as the Wharepukhunga No. 3 Loan Block Road, commencing at its junction with the Maihiihi-Hingaia Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 5, Blocks VIII and VII, Section 3. Blocks VIII and XII, and Rangitoto A 18B 2, Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between the said Rangitoto A 18B 2 and Wharepuhunga No. 3 Loan Block; being a distance of 2 miles 25 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54778, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Declaring Portion of the Moeawatea Valley Road, in the Patea County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of July, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of the Moeawatea Valley Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Patea County, commencing at its junction with Ngarahu Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 4 and 5, Block VIII, Opaku Survey District, and terminating at a point 3 chains south of the boundary between the said Section 5 and Section 8, Block VIII, Opaku Survey District; being a distance of 2 miles 51 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54743, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mercer Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of July, 1922.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint HENRY ALEXANDER ALLAN, JAMES PENNINGTON BATES, FRANCIS CROTHALL, MICHAEL GALLERY, ARTHUR HENRY GLASS, CAESAR ROOSE, Jun., and WILLIAM SELLWOOD to be the Mercer Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Mercer, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
MERCER DOMAIN.—NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENT 136, Koheroa Parish, Block I, Maramarua Survey District: Area, 64 acres.
Also Allotment 139, Koheroa Parish, Block I, Maramarua Survey District: Area, 20 acres 3 roods.
Also Section 8, Suburbs of Mercer, Block VI, Maramarua Survey District: Area, 4 acres 2 roods 20 perches.
