Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the
Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the fourteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Horahora scheme); and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres 0 roods 18·8 perches.
Being Crown land formerly portion of Allotment 304, Kirikiriroa Parish, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22148.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54088, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of July, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 2 roods 36 perches.
Adjoining or passing through public-school sites, Blocks IX, XXI, and X, and recreation reserve (Matamata Domain), Matamata Township, situated in Block II, Tapapa Survey District. (S.O. 22086.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53881, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of July, 1922.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Greymouth—
Point Elizabeth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a further portion of the Greymouth—Point Elizabeth Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Section 2, Block I, Cobden Survey District, marked 6 miles 9 chains 45·5 links, which point is also the termination of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 24th day of January, 1920, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 10, of the 29th day of January, 1920, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction for a distance of about 1½ chains, and passing through part of the said Section 2, Block I, Cobden Survey District, and terminating at a point in such section marked 6 miles 10 chains 95 links: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.
All in the Westland Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54680, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1922.
