ERRATA.—In the second item in the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 24th day of January, 1922, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 18, page 635, of the 9th day of March, 1922, declaring portions of roads in the Whakatane County to be Government roads, and in the second item in the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 16th day of June, 1922, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 48, page 1635, of the 22nd day of June, 1922, stopping Government roads in Blocks IV, Awa-o-te-Atua, and III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey Districts, insert “Sections IA No. 5, 61, and IA No. 6, Blocks IV, Awa-o-te-Atua, and III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey Districts” in lieu of “Sections IA No. 5 and 61, Block IV, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District, and Section IA No. 6, Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.”
In the Schedule to Proclamation published in Gazette of the 15th June, 1922, page 1579, setting apart Crown land for the purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919, for “Block IV, Patitutu Survey District,” read “Block IV, Paritutu Survey District.”
In the last paragraph of the First Schedule to the Proclamation constituting the Hutt Valley Electric-power District, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 53, page 1735, of the 6th July, 1922, for “P.W.D. 54634” read “P.W.D. 54631.”
Alteration of Boundaries of the City of Christchurch.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a petition, publicly notified, has been presented to the Governor-General under section one hundred and thirty-four of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, by the Council of the City of Christchurch, praying that the boundaries of the City of Christchurch be altered so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto, being lands that ought reasonably to be included in the said city, and in respect of which there are no electors:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the said city are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said city the area described in the said Schedule hereto, being lands that ought reasonably to be included in the said city, and in respect of which there are no electors.

SCHEDULE.
AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District, bounded towards the north by the Avon River from the north-east corner of Riccarton Borough to the City of Christchurch; thence towards the north generally, the east, and the south-east by the City of Christchurch to the eastern corner of Riccarton Borough; thence towards the south and west by Riccarton Borough to the place of commencement.
• Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of July, 1922.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
