the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of one farthing in the pound on the rateable
value of all rateable property of the Kaukapakapa Riding,
comprising the whole of the area within the limits of the
Kaukapakapa Riding of the County of Waitemata; and
that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly
on the first day of June and the first day of December in each
and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,000, authorized to be raised by the
Waitemata County Council, under the above-mentioned Act,
for the following purposes:—

(1.) Bridge at Dawson’s Quarry .. .. 500
(2.) Equipment for Dawson’s Quarry .. .. 500

in the Kaukapakapa Riding of the County of Waitemata,
the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of one-twelfth of a penny in the pound upon
the rateable value of all property of the Kaukapakapa Riding,
comprising the whole of the area within the limits of the
Kaukapakapa Riding of the County of Waitemata; and
that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly
on•the first day of June and the first day of December in
each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

MANAWATU COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Manawatu County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect
of principal and interest and also other charges on a loan of
£750, authorized to be raised by the Manawatu County
Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the
erecti0n of a concrete bridge over the Makino Stream on
Wells Street, Feilding, the said Manawatu County Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1⅛d. upon the
rateable value of all rateable property in the Makino Special
Rating District, comprising Lot 15, pt. 14, of Sec. 149, Block
XIV, Oroua Survey District, containing 26 acres 3 roods
14·8 perches, in the occupation of the Feilding Agricultural
and Pastoral Association; and pt. Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, and
14, and Lots pt. 7, 16/32, pt. 33, 44, of Section 149, and pt.
Section 149, Block XIV, Oroua Survey District, in the occupa-
tion of the Feilding Jockey Club, containing 118 acres 0 roods
39·3 perches.

And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable
yearly upon the 1st day of July in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and
a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off. First year’s
instalment in respect to interest and principal to be paid
out of loan.

DANNEVIRKE COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf under sections 31, 32, and 33 of the Counties
Amendment Act, 1913, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,
and its amendments, and the Housing Act, 1919, the Danne-
VIRKE County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments of prin-
cipal and interest on a loan of £600 raised for the purpose
of erecting workers’ dwellings in the Mangatoro Riding, the
said Dannevirke County Council hereby makes and levies a
special rate of one two-hundredths of a penny in the pound
on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the
County of Dannevirke; and that such rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off, and be payable
yearly on the first day of July in each and every year.

WARKWORTH TOWN BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

THAT, for the purposes of providing for the interest and
other charges on a loan of £500 (five hundred pounds)
for a period of 36½ years, authorized to be raised by the
Warkworth Town Board for the purpose of extending the
present drainage system, and for the erection of sanitary
conveniences at the Town Hall, the said Warkworth Town
Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-tenth
of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all the
rateable property of the Warkworth Town District; and that
the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during
the currency of the loan, and payable on the 16th day of July
in each and every year during the currency of such loan, or
until the loan is fully paid off.

PANY (LIMITED), of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the first day of May,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, at an
extraordinary general meeting of the Electric Iron Safety
Cut-out Company (Limited) it was resolved:—
“ That the Electric Iron Safety Cut-out Company (Li-
mitted) be wound up voluntarily, and that BERTIE WILLIAM
BEAUMONT, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
And that on the twenty-second day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-two, an extraordinary meeting of
shareholders was held, when the above resolution was con-
firmed.
Dated at Auckland this 21st day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-two.
