NOTICE is hereby given that HAROLD RICHARD PEARD, of Wellington, Auctioneer and Restaurant Proprietor, formerly carrying on business as “The Dux Auctioneering Company” and “Peard and Company,” was this day adjudged bankrupt on creditors’ petition; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held in the Board Room, Dominion Farmers’ Institute, on Thursday, the 13th day of July, 1922, at 11 o’clock a.m.
