Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Makairo-Coonoor Road, in the Wellington Land District, Pahiatua County, commencing at the most easterly corner of Section 31, Block VII, Makuri Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 31 and Section 35, Block VII, Section 55, Block XVI, Section 27, Block VII, Section 23 (Crown land), Block VI, and Section 12, Blocks VI and III, Makuri Survey District, and terminating at a point about 8 chains east of the most easterly corner of Section 8, Block III, Makuri Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54526, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portions of Takaputahi Road, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of July, 1922.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Takaputahi Road, in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at a point about 80 chains north of the junction of the Whitikau and Nga Upoko Tangata Streams, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction for a distance of 80 chains, more or less, along the left bank of the Takaputahi Stream, adjoining or passing through part Section 2, Block XVI, Waiawa Survey District.
Also all that portion of the aforesaid road commencing at its junction with the Mangaonuku Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less, adjoining or passing through part Township Reserve, Block XVI, and Section 2, Blocks XVI and XII, Waiawa Survey District, and terminating at a point near the junction of the Takaputahi and Rawea Streams.
As the said portions of road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54723, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land district, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Wanganui River Road (Right Bank), in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road (right bank), in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point 25 chains east of the crossing of the Matawhero Stream on the southern boundary of Section 4, Block III, Piopiotea West Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through part of the said Section 4, Section 10, and part Section 8 (scenic reserve), Block III, Piopiotea West Survey District, and terminating at a point 10 chains east of the boundary between the said Sections 10 and 8 (scenic reserve); being a distance of 58·80 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54692, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring the Horahora Soldiers’ Settlement Road, in the Matamata County, to be a County Road.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Matamata County, known as the Horahora Soldiers’ Settlement Road, commencing at its junction with the Cambridge-Horahora Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 8s and 6s, Horahora Settlement, Blocks IV, Maungatautari, and XVI, Cambridge Survey Districts, and terminating at the northern boundary of the aforesaid Section 6s; being a distance of one mile, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54623, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Fixing Fees in connection with Letters of Naturalization under the Aliens Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of July, 1922.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by section nine of the Finance Act, 1921–22, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made on the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the twenty-seventh day of the same month, and doth hereby prescribe that the fees mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be payable in respect of the grant of letters of naturalization under the Aliens Act, 1908, or in respect of any endorsement of any certificate or letters of naturalization obtained out of New Zealand, or in respect of certified copies of any certificate or letters of naturalization.
