Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Hawke's Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-fourth
day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and
published in the Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty, setting apart Crown
land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.-WAIROA COUNTY.-CROWN
LAND.
SECTION 10a, Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District: Area,
5 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 1st day of June, 1922.

to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the
Canterbury Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in
the manner provided in the said Act.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land : 2 acres Or oods 18'8 perches.
Portion of Allotment 304, Kirikiriroa Parish, situated in
Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54088,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.

under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 3rd day of June, 1922.

Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-two.
