SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON CONSERVATION REGION.

Provisional State Forest No. 84.

All that area of national-endowment land in Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,594 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being Subdivision 5A, Raetihi Block, situated in Block IV, Makotuku Survey District.

Provisional State Forest No. 85.

All that area of national-endowment land in Wellington Land District, containing 6,400 acres, more or less, being part of Rangiwaea No. 1 and 4F No. 1, situated in Blocks II, III, VI, and VII, Karioi Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by parts of the State forest as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5, of the 18th January, 1900, page 103, and by the southern boundary-lines of Rangiwaea 4F 17B, 4F 18, and 4F 13; towards the east and south-east by the edge of the bush; towards the south by Sections 2 and 1, Block VI, Karioi Survey District; and again by the edge of the bush to the Waiakaki Stream; and thence towards the west by the Waiakaki Block to the place of commencement, a distance of 114 chains, north-east of Trig. C, Parimauawera.

As the same are more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 071, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Provisional State Forest Part No. 69.

All that area of national-endowment land in Wellington Land District, containing an area of 5,900 acres, more or less, being part of the Motukawa Block, comprising Section 2, Block I, and Section 5, Block V, Ohinewairua Survey District; Section 3, Blocks XIV and XV, Moawhango Survey District; and those parts of Section 4, Block XV, Moawhango Survey District, and Section 6, Block I, Ohinewairua Survey District, not included in Pastoral Run No. 30.

Provisional State Forest No. 83.

All that area of national-endowment land in Wellington Land District, containing 20,701 acres, more or less, being part of Subdivision 1D A, Awarua Block, situated in Blocks X, XI, XII, XIV, XV, XVI, Pukeokahu Survey District, and Blocks III and IV, Ruahine Survey District. Bounded on the north by Subdivision 1D B, Awarua Block; on the east by the Wellington - Hawke’s Bay Land District boundary; on the south by Subdivision 1B, Awarua Block ; and on the west by Section 1, Block XIV, Pukeokahu Survey District, and the road reserve along the Rangitikei River.

As the same are more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 072, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of May, 1922.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the nineteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.-CROWN LAND.

Wairoa County.-Second-class Land.-Awa-o-totara Block. SECTION 3, Block VI, Moeangiangi Survey District: Area, 926 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of May, 1922.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and Road Closed, in Block IV, Maranarua Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 135, of the twentieth day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block IV, Maramaruia Survey District, Franklin County, by substituting the area "3 a. 3 r. 31·7 p." for the area "3 a. 3 r. 14·2 p." in the second item of the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of May, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land : 2 acres 0 roods 6'5 perches. Adjoining or passing through Allotments 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block III, Huiroa Township, and Recreation Reserve, Block IV, Huiroa Township, situated in Block IX, Ngatimaru Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53678, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1922.
