DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership in the business of Restaurant-keepers heretofore carried on by the undersigned at the Bodega and Belgique Cafe, 138 Lambton Quay, Wellington, and at Gallate’s Cafe, 164 Cuba Street, Wellington, has been dissolved by mutual consent.
Mr. Gallate will in future carry on the business of Gallate’s Cafe at the premises No. 164 Cuba Street, Wellington, under his own name, and has no further connection with the Bodega and Belgique Cafe.
All persons having any claims in respect of the said late Partnership are requested immediately to send full particulars of the same to Mr. STANLEY E. LAMBERT, Public Accountant, Fletcher’s Buildings, Jervois Quay, Wellington.

KAMO TOWN BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
—
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereto enabling, the Kamo Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Kamo Town Board Electric Lighting Loan of £2,700, 1922, authorized to be raised by the said Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of the installation of an electric lighting and power scheme in the special rating area within the Kamo Town District, the said Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one and thirteen-twentieths of a penny (1d. and 13/20d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all the rateable property in the special rating area within the Kamo Town District, in the County of Whangarei, contained within the following boundaries: Commencing at the intersection of the Whangarei–Kamo Railway line with the southern boundary of the Kamo Town District, thence following the said boundary of the Kamo Town District in a north-westerly direction generally to the intersection of the said boundary with the Whangarei–Kamo Railway line, thence following the said Whangarei–Kamo Railway line in a south-easterly direction generally to the intersection of the said railway-line with the southern boundary of the Kamo Town District, the point of commencement. And that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

THE Partnership carried on in Hawera under the name of Coombridge and Ironside, Manufacturing and Proprietary Chemists, &c., is, on and from 1st May, 1922, dissolved, the said business to be carried on by J. H. IRONSIDE, who will receive and discharge all liabilities.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £4 per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette as follows:—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
