SCHEDULE.

Those bridges in the Wellington Land District, Hutt County,
over the Pakuratahi River and Miller's Stream on the Main
Wellington-Wairarapa Road. As the sites of the said bridges
are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D.
50335 and 50337 respectively, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 20th day of January, 1922.

His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-two of the
Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and
authorities enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby determine that the duties and
exemptions from duty provided for in the said Act shall be
in force in the Cook Islands on and from the first day of
February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

The following special order, made by the Te Puke Land
Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the
provisions of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1920.

Te Puke Land Drainage Board.
At a meeting of the above Board held at Te Puke on
Saturday, 10th December, 1921, the following special order
was confirmed :--
That the Te Puke Drainage District be subdivided as
follows,--
Papamoa Subdivision.
All that area bounded on the north and north-east by the
sea; on the east by Native lands and Kaituna River to and
including Section 24, Papamoa Estate ; on the south by and
including Sections 23, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, and by Papamoa
Estate, and by and including Section 3, Te Tumu, to main
road; thence along main road westward to Beach Road;
thence to the sea.
