Constituting the Buller Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-
power Boards Act, 1918, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim the area described in the Schedule hereto to be an
electric-power district, and I hereby assign to such district
the name of the "Buller Electric-power District."
SCHEDULE.
BULLER ELECTRIC-POW.R DISTRICT.
ALL that area, situated in the Nelson Land District, com-
prising the County of Buller and the Borough of Westport,
both as at present constituted. As the said area is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53949,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1922.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a
Post-office in Block II, Titirangi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirteenth day
of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 103, of the
fifteenth day of the same month, taking portion of Lot I of
Allotment 5 of Section 13 (D.P. 3104), Parish of Waikomiti,
Block II, Titirangi Survey District, for the purposes of a
post-office, such land being not now required for the purposes
for which it was taken.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 6th day of May, 1922.

Stopping a Government Road in Block IX, Ngatimaru
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim as stopped the Government road described in the
Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped :
2 acres 0 roods 6.5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and
13, Block III, Huiroa Township, and Recreation Reserve,
Block IV, Huiroa Township, situated in Block IX, Ngati-
maru Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 870.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53678,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia,
that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become
Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the
Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of
the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of
the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth,
Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land.
