Doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the seventh day of April, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four hereinbefore referred to in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, and being part of Reserve 2525, situated in Block I, Rangitata Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by other part of the said Reserve 2525, 500 links; towards the north-east by Ealing and Montalto Road, 802·1 links; and towards the south-east and south-west by Section 36381, 500 and 797·9 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/331, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

San Sebastian Road, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., "The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to all that road between Wesley Road and Aurora Terrace known as San Sebastian Road, for a distance of approximately 9½ chains"; such street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as San Sebastian Road, situated between Wesley Road and Aurora Terrace. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53790, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Cancelling a Condition as to setting back the Building-line of James Street, Wadestown, in the City of Wellington, imposed by Order in Council under Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2, of the eleventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, exempting Moorhouse, James, and portion of Wade Streets, Wadestown, in the City of Wellington, from the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to certain conditions as to the building-line, by cancelling the condition imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as such condition refers to James Street.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two—viz., "The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the south-western side of Moselle Street beginning at its junction with Derwent Street and extending for a distance of 499·4 links to its junction with Severn Street, being the frontage of Lot 644, D.P. 1313, being part Section 8, Town District, as contained in certificate of title 124, folio 83"; such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that portion of street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Moselle Street, situated between Derwent Street and Severn Street, and abutting on Lot 644, D.P. 1313, being part Section 8, Town District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53789, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Churton Street, Parnell, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz.—"That the Auckland City Council, having control of Churton Street, Parnell, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street fronting Lot 1 of Allotment 66, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the western side of the portion of Churton Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Churton Street, Parnell, abutting on Lot 1 of Allotment 66, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53178, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
