Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tahora Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 19th day of April, 1922.

Present :
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

GORDON EDWIN ANDERSON,
RENEL GILBERT MEREDITH KENNEDY,
ERNEST MANTLE,
CHARLES ROBERT MCCARTIE,
HERBERT PITTAMS, and
JOSEPH EDWARD SHEWRY

to be the Tahora Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tahora Schoolroom, Tahora, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
TAHORA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 5 perches, more or less, being Sections 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48, Tahora Township, Block VI, Pouatu Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west by Simpson Street, 219·46 links and 201·32 links; towards the north-east by Simpson Street, 197·07 links and 497·03 links; towards the south-east by Section 58, Tahora Township, 124·8 links and 166·22 links; and towards the south-west by Waiau Road, 424·94 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 19th day of April, 1922.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, but only in so far as it affects the land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation of Native land other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of two years the Order in Council dated the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, prohibiting all alienation of the land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
