Lands set apart for State-forest Purposes in Auckland Conservation Region.
[Jellicoe, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
do hereby set apart the forest land described in the Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for a permanent State forest within the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
State Forest Part No. 13.
All that area of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District, being Waipoua No. 2B No. 3B N 2, a subdivision of the Waipoua Block, Waipoua Survey District, containing by admeasurement 900 acres, more or less. As the same is delineated on forest atlas No. 007, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of April, 1922.

Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.
[Jellicoe, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
Section II, Block VII, Orieri Survey District (formerly portion Small Grazing-run 131): Area, 206 acres, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand;
and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of April, 1922.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Rotoiti 5a, 5b, 6, and 7b Blocks to be Public Roads.
[Jellicoe, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were, by orders of the Native Land Court made on the third day of March and the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, duly laid off as road-lines, in pursuance of sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as roads:

37 2 22 Rotoiti No. 5A Block, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Rotoiti Survey District; coloured blue.
14 2 10 Rotoiti No. 5B Block, situated in Block VIII, Rotoiti, and Block V, Rotoma Survey Districts; coloured red.
5 0 3 Rotoiti No. 6 and 7B Blocks, situated in Block V, Rotoma Survey District; coloured blue.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/939 (sheets 1 and 2), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1952, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of April, 1922.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.
[Jellicoe, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of February then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
