MANGAORONGO RIDING.
All that area in the Otorohanga County bounded towards the north-west by the Otorohanga Town District and the Main Trunk Railway from the Waipa River to the Wharepapa Riding hereinbefore described; towards the north-east, east, and south by said Wharepapa Riding, the northernmost corner of part Rangitoto A 24B, thence along the northern boundary of said part Rangitoto A 24B and A 19, along the western boundary of Section 3 of Rangitoto A 18A 2 to and along the southern boundary of Rangitoto A 46B 2; thence along the eastern boundaries of Rangitoto A 45B 2B, A 45B 2A, Section 4, Block XI, Mangaorongo Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of the southern portion of Rangitoto A, northern portion 6 O B, the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 11, Block X, Mangaorongo Survey District, to the Waipa River; thence down that river to the point of commencement.
WAIPA RIDING.
All that area in the Otorohanga County bounded on the north-west by the Honikiwi Riding, on the north-east by the Mangaorongo and Wharepapa Ridings, and on the south and south-west by the county boundary.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of April, 1922.

Declaring a certain Area added to the County of Inglewood to be included in East Riding thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, the boundaries of the counties of Clifton and Inglewood were altered by the exclusion of a certain area from the County of Clifton and the inclusion of such area in the County of Inglewood :
And whereas it is desirable that the area so added to the County of Inglewood should be included in the East Riding of that county :
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section twenty-one of the Counties Act, 1920, do hereby declare that the area included as aforesaid in the County of Inglewood shall, as on and from the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, be included in the East Riding of the said county, and that the boundaries of that riding shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
EAST RIDING, INGLEWOOD COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Inglewood County bounded on the north and east by the county boundary, and on the south-west by the South and North Ridings as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1920, page 2009.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of April, 1922.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
STEPHEN JOHN FORTESCUE
to be the person to prepare the electors roll for all ridings in the County of Otorohanga as constituted by the Waikato and King-country Counties Act, 1921β22; also to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election of members of the Council of the said county, and to be the Clerk of the Council of the said county for the purposes of presiding at the first meeting thereof.
