Regulation (Amended) for Deer-shooting, Southland Acclimatization District.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, made under the Animals Protection Act, 1908, regulations were made prescribing the deer-shooting season in that part of the Southland Acclimatization District excluding Stewart Island: And whereas it is expedient to amend the said regulations as hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by the said Animals Protection Act, 1908, do hereby make the following regulation.

REGULATION.
THE number of licenses to be issued by the Chief Postmaster at Invercargill, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Southland Acclimatization Society, shall not exceed twenty-eight.

Special Order made by the Tauranga County Council merging Katikati and Te Puke Road Districts.

THE following special order, made by the Tauranga County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920.

SPECIAL ORDER.
“That the Tauranga County Council, in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 30 of the Counties Act, 1920, hereby resolves that the Katikati and Te Puke Road Boards be dissolved, and that the Katikati and Te Puke Road Districts be merged in the County of Tauranga; and that this resolution be submitted for confirmation as a special order at an ordinary meeting on the 11th day of November, 1921.”
I certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Tauranga County Council held on the 14th day of October, 1921, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Council held on the 11th day of November, 1921, as a special order, after being duly advertised; and that the said special order has been duly made.

Appointment of Wharf and Examination Places at Auckland.
Customs Department,
Wellington, 21st March, 1922.
I, ROBERT HEATON RHODES, acting for the Minister of Customs, in exercise of the powers vested in me for this purpose by the Customs Act, 1913, do, by this Warrant, revoke Minister’s Order No. 1098 made on the 13th day of August, 1917, and gazetted on the 16th idem, appointing a certain wharf and certain examination places at the Port of Auckland, and do hereby appoint (1) that the wharf known as Central Wharf at the Port of Auckland, shall be a wharf for the lading and unlading of goods at the said port; and (2) that the sheds numbered eight, nine, eleven, and twelve situated on the said wharf shall be places for the examination of goods subject to the control of the Customs.
