SCHEDULE.
ALL that road known as Bridge Hut Road, commencing at its junction with Lake Onslow Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Camp Reserve Section 3, Pastoral Run No. 602, and Stock Reserve Section 2, Teviot Survey District, and terminating at the bridge over the Teviot River; being a distance of 1 mile 75 chains, more or less; shown coloured green on plan.
Also all that portion of road known as Lake Onslow Road, commencing at its junction with the Bridge Hut Road, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Camp Reserve Section 3, Teviot Survey District, and Pastoral Run 602, Teviot and Benger Survey Districts, Pastoral Run 603, Benger Survey District, thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Pastoral Run 604, Benger and Lammerlaw Survey Districts, and Pastoral Runs 200D and 605, Lammerlaw Survey District, Pastoral Run 606, Lammerlaw and Long Valley Survey Districts, and Camp Reserve, Long Valley Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Teviot River; being a distance of 9 miles 70 chains, more or less; shown coloured red on plan.
All in the Otago Land District, Tuapeka County, Teviot Settlement; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53883, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of March, 1922.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Raglan, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a drainage district under the provisions of the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, and to be called by the name of the โOrton Drainage Districtโ; and also, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the fourth section of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the Board of Trustees of the said district shall consist of five persons to be elected as members of the said Board, and under and in accordance with the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ORTON DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District situated in Blocks IX, XIII, and XIV, Maramarua Survey District, and Blocks XII and XVI, Onehereo Survey District, commencing at the north-east corner of Opuatia part No. 7c, as shown on plan No. 8329 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence in a south-easterly direction along the south-western boundary of Opuatia No. 10A and part 10C No. 2, containing an area of 8 acres 3 roods 30 perches, to the south-western corner of aforesaid part 10C No. 2; thence along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid part 10C No. 2 to its junction with the Waikato River, thence along the left bank of the Waikato River in a south-easterly direction to the south-eastern corner of part Allotment 6 of Opuatia Parish, shown on Deeds plan No. 170; thence towards the west generally along the southern boundary of the aforesaid part Allotment 6 to its junction with a public road; thence along that road in a north-westerly direction to the western boundary of the aforesaid part Allotment 6; thence along the western boundary of aforesaid part Allotment 6 to the southern boundary of Lot 4 as shown on plan No. 14623 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence in a south-westerly direction along the southern boundary of aforesaid Lot 4, across a public road, along the southern boundary of Lot 5 shown on plan 14623 aforesaid to the Opuatia Parish boundary; thence in a south-westerly direction along the aforesaid parish boundary to its intersection with a public road; thence along said road forming the southern boundary of Section 8, Block XIII, Maramarua Survey District, and the southern, south-eastern, and south-western boundaries of Section 10 (education reserve), Block XIII, Maramarua Survey District, and the south-western boundary of Section 9 (education reserve) of aforesaid Block XIII, across a public road, and again by aforesaid road forming the southern boundary of Lot 2 of Section 3 of aforesaid Block XIII, and Section 7 (education reserve) of Block XVI, Onehereo Survey District, across the aforesaid public road, to the eastern side of a closed road; thence along said closed road to and across aforesaid public road; thence northerly along said public road forming the western boundary of Section 7 aforesaid to the south-west corner of Section 4B (scenic reserve), Block XVI, Onehereo Survey District; thence along the southern and north-eastern boundary of said Section 4B to the south-eastern boundary of Section 4A (cemetery reserve) of aforesaid Block XVI; thence along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of aforesaid Section 4A to a public road; thence in a northerly direction generally along aforesaid public road forming the western boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, Maramarua Survey District, across a road, and again by the road forming the western boundaries of Section 2 aforesaid and of Section 4, Block IX, Maramarua Survey District, and Section 2, Block XII, Onehereo Survey District, across a road, and by the road forming the western boundary of Section 6 of Block XII aforesaid to the southern boundary of Opuatia No. 12B 1; thence along the southern and eastern boundaries of 12B 1 aforesaid to a public road; thence along said public road to its junction with a public road at the north-western corner of part Section 1, Block XII, Onehereo Survey District; thence by the southern boundary of that road to its junction with a public road at the north-eastern corner of part Section 2, Block IX, Maramarua Survey District; thence across that road, 100 links wide, to the north-western corner of Lot 1 as shown on plan No. 7294 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence by a public road forming the western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2 on said plan 7294 and forming the southern boundary of said Lot 2; thence by the eastern boundaries of said Lots 2 and 1 and the northern boundary of Lot 5 and Opuatia part 7c to the point of commencement.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section nine of the Explosive and Dangerous Goods Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the several local authorities specified in the Schedule hereto to be licensing authorities for the purposes of the said Act within their respective districts.
