Land withdrawn from State-forest Reservation.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, and gazetted on the seventh day of that month, certain lands in Waipu Survey District, North Auckland Land District, were, inter alia, set apart as and for a State forest in terms of the New Zealand State Forests Act, 1885:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being part of the lands so set apart) is open land, and it is expedient that the said Proclamation should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the said Schedule:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section twenty-eight of the State Forests Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, hereinbefore referred to, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the tenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of April then instant, setting apart settlement land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.โSETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 44, Square 11, Block III, Takaka Survey District, Spittal Settlement: Area, 54 acres 3 roods 24 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of March, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared Crown land: 1 acre 0 roods 6 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections part 136 and 137 (Matata Parish), situated in Block III, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District. (S.O. 20746)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48716 (sheet 3), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of March, 1922.
