IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 223 of the Companies Act, 1908, that the following special resolution was passed on Monday, the 20th day of February, 1922:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. STANLEY DALE HEWITSON, Accountant, of King’s Buildings, Hamilton, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up, at a remuneration of £50.”

THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st day of March, 1922, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to ROBERT CLUNY MACPHERSON, Company Manager, Commerce Street, Temuka, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and in the matter of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wairoa Electric-power Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto as a site for the construction of a substation. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Board at the Wairoa County Council Buildings, Queen Street, Wairoa, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the said Board at Wairoa.
THE SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land, situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, containing two acres three roods one perch, more or less, being part of Paeroa Number One C Number Five Block, comprised in Block One, Clyde Survey District.
And also all that piece of land, situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, containing twenty-eight perches, more or less, being part of Paeroa Number Three Block, comprised in Block Two, Clyde Survey District.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Messrs. PAOLO WILLIAM LUISETTI and ROBERT JOHN ALEXANDER LEWIS, under the name of “Luisetti and Lewis,” as Storekeepers, at Amberley and Waipara, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 25th September, 1921.
The continuing partner, Mr. Lewis, will carry on the business on his own account, and will discharge all liabilities incurred by and receive all moneys owing to the late Partnership.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADS.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, by the Waitemata County Council, to execute certain public works—viz., construction of roads through portion of Allotments 14 and 162, Parish of Waipareira, shown on S.O. plan No. 21823, situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District; portion of Lots 2 and 3 of Allotment 189, Parish of Takapuna, shown on S.O. plan No. 21745, situated in Block 4, Waitemata Survey District. And for the purpose of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is further given that the plans of the said roads and of the lands as required to be taken are deposited for public inspection at the office of the Waitemata County Council, 410 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland.
And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public works or by the taking of such lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Council’s Office, Auckland.
