Lands set apart for State-forest Purposes in Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the State Forests Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the forest land described in the Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for a State forest within the provisions of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

State Forest Part No. 7.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being Section 6L 2B No. 2 of Rotomahana - Parekarangi Block, Block VI, Tarawera Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of Section 6L 2B No. 5, 676·7 links; towards the west by other part of Section 6L 2B No. 5, 1044·2 links; towards the south by part Section 6L 2B No. 3, 710 links; and towards the east by a public roadway, 500 and 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 038, deposited in Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of February, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Rangitaiki Section).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 0 roods 17 perches.

Being portion of part Section 136, situated in Block III, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District. (S.O. 22102.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53514, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of February, 1922.

Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 3 acres 2 roods 2·8 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 42 E.R., 26 E.R., and 31, Pakiri Parish, Block XI, Pakiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 19983.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52232, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of February, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11 perches.

Portion of Section 81, Pepepe Parish, Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District. (S.O. 21280.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51959, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured vermilion.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of February, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
