ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 30th day of December, 1921, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1, page 4, of the 12th day of January, 1922, taking land for the purposes of a street and plantation in the Borough of Cambridge, for the words “portion of” insert the words “whole of.”

Additional Land near Stillwater Junction taken for the Purposes of the Springfield to Brunnerton Railway (Greymouth-Otira Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth-Otira Section of the Springfield to Brunnerton Railway to take further land near Stillwater Junction, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Block X, Arnold Survey District, Borough of Brunner.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 30189, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of February, 1922.
