river to and along the road forming the north-western bound-

This district is bounded towards the north generally by
the Franklin Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from
the ocean at the road intersecting Allotment 406 of Waipipi
Parish to the south-western corner of Allotment 6 of Manga-
tawhiri Parish; thence bounded towards the east generally
by the Thames Electoral District, hereinbefore described,
from the south-western corner of the said Allotment 6 to the
Mangawara Stream at the road forming the eastern boundary
of Section 463, Taupiri Parish; thence by that stream to its
confluence with the stream forming the northern boundary
of Section 77, Block IV, Newcastle Survey District; thence
by that stream to and along the eastern boundary of the
said Section 77 to the Komakarau River; thence by that
river to and along the road forming the south-eastern bound-
aries of Section 219, Block IV, Newcastle Survey District,
and Block I, Komakarau Survey District, and 231, Block IV,
of the said Newcastle Survey District, to the road at the
north-western corner of Lot 15 Kainui Estate; thence by
the road forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11,

151, 152, 153, 112, 111, 109, 110, 88, 90, 91, 93, 94, 96, 97,
and 156, and forming the southern boundary of Allotments 162
and 156, all of Puketi Parish, to the south-western corner of the
said Allotment 162; thence by the eastern boundaries of Allot-
ments 82, 83, 84, 85, and 86, Tuhikaramea Parish, to and
along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments
67, 66, 54, and 55, to and along the road forming the north-
eastern boundaries of Allotments 138, 137, 132, 130, and 129,
to and along the road forming the north-western boundaries
of the said Allotment 129, and Allotments 106, 105, 104, 103,

102, and 101, all of Tuhikaramea Parish aforesaid, to the
Waipa River; thence by that River to and along the
northern boundary of Pirongia Parish to the easternmost
corner of Allotment 370B of the said Pirongia Parish; thence
by the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the
said Allotment 370B to the Waitetuna River; thence by
that river to the south-eastern corner of Whaingaroa Parish,
at the easternmost corner of Allotment 60 of the said parish;
thence by the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Whai-
garoa Parish to its intersection with the eastern boundary
of Karioi Parish at Trig. Station 94; thence by the eastern
boundary of the said Karioi Parish to the Pakoko River;
thence by that river to and along the western and southern
shores of Aotea Harbour to the ocean; thence bounded to-
wards the west generally by the ocean to the road intersecting
Allotment 406 of Waipipi Parish, the place of commencement.

16. OHINEMURI.

This district is bounded towards the north-west generally
by the Raglin and Thames Electoral Districts, hereinbefore
described, from the confluence of the Mangawara Stream and
the stream forming the northern boundary of Section 77,
Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, to the ocean at the
mouth of the Otahu River; thence bounded towards the
north-east generally by the ocean to the Katikati entrance
of Tauranga Harbour; thence by Tauranga Harbour to the
mouth of the Uritara Stream; thence bounded towards the
south-west generally by the said Uritara Stream and Whara-
whara Stream to the north-western corner of Section 62,
Block VIII, Katikati Survey District; thence by the
western boundary of the said Section 62 to its south-
western corner; thence by a right line to where the
Tauranga-Te Aroha Road crosses the summit of the range;
thence by the summit of the range, being the boundary
between the Piako and Tauranga Counties, to the south-
eastern corner of Section Part 20, as shown on Land
Transfer Plan 4936A, Block III, Wairere Survey District;
thence by the south-eastern boundaries of the said Section
Part 20 and Sections 9 and 10 of Block VII, Wairere Survey
District, to the Waihou River; thence by that river to the
Haeanga Stream; thence by that stream to the south-
eastern boundary of Section 14H, Block IX, Aroha Survey
District; thence by the south-eastern boundary of the said
Section 14H to the boundary between Blocks IX and X of
the said survey district; thence along the boundary between
the said Blocks IX and X to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Section 117, Block IX aforesaid; thence by a
right line to and along the northern and western boundaries
of the said Section 117 to Tui Road; thence by that road
to and along the southern boundary of Section 31, Block IX
aforesaid, to and along the Thames-Te Aroha Railway-line
to the south-west corner of Lot 2, Te Ruakaka Block; thence
by a right line due west of the south-western corner of the
said Lot 2 to a point due north of a point 3000 links east
of the Waihou River, due west of Lot 5 of the said Te Rua-
kaka Block; thence by a right line due south to the said
point 3000 links east of the said Waihou River; thence
by a right line due west to the aforesaid Waihou River;
thence by that river to and along the north-western boundary
of Lot 5 of Section 12, to and along the northern boundary of
Lot Part 7, to and along the eastern boundary of Sec-
tion 6, to and along the northern boundary of Section 9, to
and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 82, 81, 80,

District, and their production to the railway-line; thence
by the said railway-line to its intersection with the Piraunui
Stream; thence by that stream to and along the road forming
the north-western boundary of the Orongomairoa Block(3471A),
to and along the road on the northern boundary of Block VIII,
Maungakawa Survey District, to and along the north-western
boundary of Section 8A of the said block and survey district,
to the Waitoa River; thence by that river to and along the
northern boundary of Pakarau Pa B 2 Block, to and along the
eastern and northern boundaries of the Pakarau Settlement,
to and along the eastern and south-western boundaries of the
Te Whakahongi Block, to and along the northern boundary
of the Maungatapu Block to where it junctions with a small
stream running northwards to the Piako River; thence by
that stream to the railway-line, and by the railway-line to and
along the south-western boundary of Subdivision 24, Motu-
maoho No. 2 Block, to and along the road forming the south-
eastern boundary of Subdivision 21, to and along the north-
