County bounded on the north by the Seaward Bush Railway and the Waimahaka Stream, and on the east by the boundary of the existing Mataura Electoral District; and less that portion of the Hokonui and Winton Ridings of the said Southland County now included in the Wallace Electoral District hereinbefore described; also less the whole of the Extension of the Borough of Invercargill now included in the Invercargill Electoral District hereinbefore described.

MATAURA.

Mataura District comprises the existing Mataura Electoral District together with that portion of the Mataura Riding of Southland County lying west of the existing Mataura Electoral District boundary, and bounded on the north and east by the western boundary of Clutha County, and on the south by the southern boundary of the said Mataura Riding of the said Southland County; also the whole of the Toetoes Riding of the aforesaid county, less that portion now included in the Awarua Electoral District hereinbefore described; also the whole of the Waipahi, Clinton, and Maclennan Ridings of Clutha County, and the whole of the Catlins Riding of the said Clutha County less that portion lying between the Catlins River, Catlins Lake, and the north-east boundary of the said riding, and bounded on the north-west by the road running from the north-east corner of Section 33, Block VII, Glenomaru Survey District, to the Owaka River in Section 7, Block VI, of the said survey district; thence by that river to the northernmost corner of Section 11, Block VIII, of the said survey district; thence by the south-eastern boundary of Section 6 to the road at the south-eastern corner of the said section, and by that road to the Catlins Lake in Section 37 E.R. of the said block and survey district.

WAKATIPU.

Wakatipu District comprises the existing Wakatipu Electoral District together with the whole of the Crookston Riding of Tuapeka County and that portion of the Beaumont Riding of the said Tuapeka County lying to the south of the northern boundary of Blocks 9 and 17 and the eastern boundaries of Blocks 17 and 13, Crookston Survey District, and the south-western boundary of the said Beaumont Riding, the whole of Brown's Riding of the aforesaid Tuapeka County, and that portion of Gabriel's Riding of the aforesaid county lying to the south-east of the Beaumont River, less the whole of the Puketoi and Hyde Ridings of Maniototo County, also less those portions of the Strath Taieri and Deep Stream Ridings of Taieri County lying to the north-west generally of the existing Bruce Electoral District. This district also includes the Borough of Lawrence.

CLUTHA.

Clutha District comprises the existing Clutha Electoral District together with the whole of the Balmoral No. 1 and No. 2, Crichton and Kaitangata Ridings of Bruce County; that portion of the Mataura Riding of the said Bruce County lying to the north-east of the Clutha River; the whole of the Lovelsbrook and Adamsthorpe Road Districts of Mount Stuart Riding of the said Bruce County, and that portion of the Glenore Road District of the said riding lying west of the railway-line; also that portion of the Tokomairiro Riding of the aforesaid Bruce County lying to the south-west of the Tokomairiro River and the railway-line; and less those portions of the Southland, Clutha, and Tuapeka Counties now included in the Mataura and Wakatipu Electoral Districts hereinbefore described. This district also includes the Boroughs of Milton, Kaitangata, Tapanui, and Balclutha.
