WAIOA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.—MOHAKA RIDING LOAN £3,800.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Wairoa County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and repayment of principal and other charges on a loan of £3,800, authorized to be raised by the Wairoa County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of forming and metalling for the first time about 4½ miles of a deviation in the Napier–Wairoa Road, between Mohaka and the new traffic-bridge site on the Mohaka River, the said Wairoa County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fifth of a penny (1/5d.) in the £1 sterling on the rateable capital value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the Mohaka Riding of the County of Wairoa ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Wairoa County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, repayment of principal, and other charges on a loan of £500, authorized to be raised by the Wairoa County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of forming and metalling for the first time about 1¼ miles of the Whakamahia Road, the said Wairoa County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-farthings (¾d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property comprised within the Whakamahia Special Rating District, bounded as follows : Commencing at the south-western corner of Lot 1, Block XII, Waihua Survey District, on the sea-coast ; thence following in a north-westerly, easterly, and south-easterly direction the boundaries of the said Lot 1 to a point where it intersects the northern boundary of Lot 2, Block V, Clyde Survey District ; thence in an easterly and southerly direction following the boundaries of the said Lot 2 to the sea-coast ; thence following the sea-coast to the point of commencement ; and comprising Lot 1, D.P. 3807, Block XII, Waihua Survey District, and Lot 2, Block V, Clyde Survey District. And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

HOKIANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 16 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and with the consent and approval of the Minister of Public Health, under section 69 of the Public Health Act, 1908, the Hokianga County Council hereby resolves by way of special order as follows :—
That, for the purpose of making a water-race for the supply of water to the Hokianga Hospital, and to the inhabitants of the special rating area described in the Schedule hereto, the Hokianga County Council hereby authorizes the raising of a loan of £4,000 (additional to the loan of £10,000 already raised), at £4 10s. per centum per annum, with £1 per centum per annum sinking fund, for a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years ; and declares that the cost of raising the said loan, and the first year’s interest on the loan, shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
SCHEDULE.
All that area situated in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, in the County of Hokianga, bounded on the north and east by the Hokianga and Waima Rivers, on the south by De Thierry Street, and on the west by the Omanaia River.

HOKIANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Hokianga County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £4,000, authorized to be raised by the Hokianga County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing a water-race for the supply of water to the Hokianga Hospital, and to the inhabitants of the special rating area described in the Schedule hereunder, the said Council hereby makes and levies special rates as follows :—
(1.) A special rate of 1/10th of 1d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the County of Hokianga, to meet interest and sinking fund on £4,000, being the estimated capital cost of completing the water-supply to the Hokianga Hospital.
(2.) A special rate of 1½d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the special rating area described in the Schedule hereunder, to meet interest and sinking fund on the balance of the loan.
And that such special rates shall be annually recurring rates during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the thirty-first day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
SCHEDULE.
All that area situated in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, in the County of Hokianga, bounded on the north and east by the Hokianga and Waima Rivers, on the south by De Thierry Street, and on the west by the Omanaia River.

HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Helensville Town Board resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of five thousand pounds, authorized to be raised by the Helensville Town Board, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of increasing the water-storage capacity of the water-supply for the Helensville Town District, the Helensville Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven-tenths (7/10ths) of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Helensville Town District ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 31st day of March and 30th day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

MANUREWA TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Manurewa Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of one thousand pounds, authorized to be raised by the Manurewa Town Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing a road through Sections 14, 15, 16, and 56 of the subdivision of part Lot 7 of Clendon’s Grant, and of purchasing the land through which the road is to run, the Manurewa Town Board aforesaid hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the special rating area comprising all that area situate in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, being
