Revoking Warrants making Rules and Regulations for the Management of the Waitaki Islands.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1908, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrants referred to hereunder making rules and regulations for the management of the Waitaki Islands:—

Warrant dated the 11th day of September, 1895, making rules and regulations for the management of the Maruwenua portion of the Waitaki Islands, and published in the Gazette of the 19th day of September, 1895, page 1454.

Warrant dated the 11th day of September, 1895, making rules and regulations for the management of the Otiake portion of the Waitaki Islands, and published in the Gazette of the 19th day of September, 1895, page 1455.

Warrant dated the 5th day of January, 1899, making rules and regulations for the management of the Papakaio portion of the Waitaki Islands, and published in the Gazette of the 12th day of January, 1899, page 40.

Warrant dated the 5th day of January, 1899, making rules and regulations for the management of the Awamoko portion of the Waitaki Islands, and published in the Gazette of the 12th day of January, 1899, page 41.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 1st day of November, 1921.

Setting apart Crown Land under Section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

SECTION 39, Block V, Opoe Survey District: Area, 26 acres 2 roods 6 perches.

Appointment of Trustee of Fraser Family Private Burial-ground.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Cemeteries Amendment Act, 1912, I, William Downie Stewart, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

ROBERT CHARLES STEWART MCKENZIE,

of “Pukehou,” Bull’s, to be a Trustee of the Fraser Family Private Burial-ground, in place of Duncan Fraser, deceased.

to be trustees, in place of William Murcott and James Findlay, deceased, and David Edward Lefevre, left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hampden Public Cemetery.

VERNON HATTEN, JAMES SAMUEL ALLAN, and JOSEPH GRAYSON

to be trustees, in place of Alexander Parsons, deceased, and Gilbert Ernest Jones and Thornley Sherratt, left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Ormond Public Cemetery.
