Setting apart Crown Land under Section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule here for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 40, Block V, Opoe Survey District: Area, 50 acres 3 roods 5 perches.
Section 41, Block V, Opoe Survey District: Area, 50 acres 3 roods 9 perches.
