Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of October, 1921.

N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 11 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block X, and Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block XI, Town of Cardrona; Sections 10 and 42, Block I, Cardrona Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52376, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
