BANKRUPTCY NOTICES.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
NORTHERN DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908; and in
the matter of FREDERICK JAMES HAMMOND, late of
Auckland, Solicitor, Deceased.

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme
Court, Auckland, dated the 3rd day of October, 1921,
I was appointed Administrator of the estate of the above-
named FREDERICK JAMES HAMMOND, and I hereby call a
meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Government
Buildings, Customs Street West, on Friday, the 4th day of
November, 1921, at 2.30 p.m.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged with
me on or before the 3rd day of December, 1921.

NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN KEMP and MORRIS

bankrupts; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors
to be held at the Courthouse, Hamilton, on Monday, the
17th day of October, 1921, at 10.30 o’clock a.m.

EVIDENCE of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage
No. 40265, affecting part of Lot 21 and part Lot 22
of Allotment 6, Section XII, Suburbs of Auckland, contained
in Register-book 174, folio 242, in favour of CATHERINE
SEXTON, Wife of JAMES SEXTON, of Auckland, Gentleman,
as Mortgagee, having been presented to me, together with a
transfer of said Mortgage No. 40265 and a request to register
same, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such
dealings on the expiration of fourteen days from 13th October,
1921.

Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland this 8th
day of October, 1921.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 266,
folio 161, affecting Rangitoto-Tuhua 29c 2D, in favour
of DAVID BOWER BAILEY, of Aria, Farmer, having been
lodged with me, together with application for a provisional
certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to
issue a provisional certificate of title on the expiration of
fourteen days from 13th October, 1921.

Wellington Registry, and evidence having been lodged of
the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby
give notice of my intention to issue the provisional certificate
of title, as requested, after fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
