Appointing Prison for Execution of Criminals.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in that behalf by the fifteenth section of the Crimes Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the public prison at Templeton, known as the Paparua Prison, in the said Dominion, to be a prison where executions may take place under the provisions of the said Act.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 14th day of January, 1921.
