Declaring Road in Block XIV, New River Hundred, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Auckland, this 26th day of January, 1921.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the road declared to be a Government road: 1 rood 36·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections part 25, part 7, and railway reserve, situated in Block XIV, New River Hundred (Southland R.D.) (S.O. R/480.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50057, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
All that road in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, known as Maungaturoto Settlement to Railway-station Road, commencing at a point opposite the goods-shed gate on the southern side of the Maungaturoto Railway-station yard in Okahurewa Lot 1, Block XII, Waipu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Okahurewa Lot 1, across the North Auckland Railway at 87 m. 73·5 chs., Okahurewa Lot 2, Ohungarere Nos. 3 and 2 Blocks, Block XII, Waipu Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Maungaturoto-Whakapirau Road, in the said Ohungarere No. 2 Block, two chains from the south-western boundary of Waikino No. 2 Block, Block XII, Waipu Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 45 chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 50607, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portions of Bruce's Road, in Waikohu County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Auckland, this 26th day of January, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Waikohu County, known as Bruce's Road, commencing at its junction with the Huiarua Road at a point on the southern boundary of Section 2, Block V, Tutamoe Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction for a distance of 8383·2 links more or less, adjoining or passing through the said Section 2, and terminating at the county boundary, being the eastern boundary of the said Section 2, Block V, Tutamoe Survey District.
Also all that portion of the said Bruce's Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at the county boundary at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 2, Block V, Tutamoe Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction along the northern boundary of the said Section 2 for a distance of 362 links, more or less. Being a total distance of 8745·2 links. As the said portions or road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50618, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B and C-D respectively.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50618, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked B-C.
