Land taken for Scenic Purposes in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 52 acres 3 roods 25 perches.
Being Section 1558, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.).
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51654, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of September, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 13·29 perches.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52700, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a pleasure-ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11 acres 3 roods 15·9 perches.
Portion of Section 4A, Block XI, Belmont Survey District (City of Wellington), (Harbour R.D.). (S.O. 1568.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50489, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
ROTOMAHANA-PAREKARANGI No. 6L 2B No. 2 Block, Tarawera Survey District: Approximate area, 7 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of September, 1921.
