Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Waipa Parish Lots 57; 64b No. 3, 4a, and 4b; 66a Nos. 2, 3, and 4; 66b No. 1a Secs. 1 and 2, 1b, 2, and 3c; 67; and 69; and Karamu Parish Lots 16, 17, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 41, to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, duly laid off as road-lines, in pursuance of sections forty-nine, fifty, and fifty-two of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine, fifty, and fifty-two of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/841, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1927, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (Auckland plan 11972.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of September, 1921.
