Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 77, of the thirteenth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block VI, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County, made under the Public Works Act, 1908, such land being not now required for the purposes for which it was taken.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.-WANGANUI RIVER TRUST Block.
Section 2, Block II, Owatua Survey District; Sections 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 13, Block III, Section 9, Block VII. and Section 26, Block XI, Retaruke Survey District : Area, 4,008 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1921.

Altering Regulations for Trout and Perch Fishing in the Wellington Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of August, 1921.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is enacted in Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, make regulations to have force and effect throughout New Zealand or only in such waters or places as are specified in the regulations:
And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 75, of the thirtieth day of the same month, regulations were made for the Wellington Acclimatization District and the waters thereof:
And whereas it is desirable to amend such regulations:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke regulation two
of the said regulations of the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six, and doth make the following regulations in lieu thereof.
REGULATIONS.
- THE fee to be charged for a license as aforesaid to each male person over the age of sixteen years shall be Β£1, and every such license shall be in the form or to the effect set forth in the Schedule hereto. Licenses may also be issued to boys attending school or under the age of sixteen, or to women, at a reduced fee of 5s. for each license so issued. No license shall confer any right of entry upon the land of any person without his consent.

Amending Rules as to Life-saving Appliances for Ships.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of September, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65, of the eighth day of the same month, an additional rule was made as to life-saving appliances for ships:
And whereas it is desirable to revoke such rule and make a new rule in lieu thereof:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Shipping and Seamen Act, 1908, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the said Order in Council of the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and doth hereby make the following rule as to life-saving appliances for ships.
RULE.
- Life-jackets previously passed.-Until the 31st March, 1922, any life-jacket which has been previously passed by a Marine Department Surveyor as part of the statutory equipment of a vessel may be accepted as part of the statutory equipment of the same vessel so long as it remains in good condition.

Apportionment of Representation on Dannevirke Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of September, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine with respect to the Dannevirke Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 75, of the eleventh day of the same month, that the number of representatives of each constituent district on the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.
SCHEDULE.
CONSTITUENT districts--
Dannevirke County: Four members.
Dannevirke Borough: Three members.
Woodville County: Two members.
Woodville Borough: One member.
