him by section twelve of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF RESERVE AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 11 perches, more or less, being portion of Allotment N.E. M. 97, Parish of Oruawharo. Bounded towards the north by portion of Allotment 97A of the aforesaid parish, 431 links, and by a public road, 257 links; towards the east and south by portion of Allotment S. 97 of the aforesaid parish, 290 and 685·4 links respectively; and towards the west by portion of Allotment N.E. M. 97 of the aforesaid parish, 312·2 links.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being portion of Allotment M. 97, Parish of Oruawharo. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 258·3 links; towards the east by portion of Allotment M. 97 of the aforesaid parish, 716·2 links; and towards the south and west by portion of Allotment S. 97, aforesaid parish, 239·4 and 619·3 links respectively.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2858, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan No. 21509, blue.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, being portions of Allotments S. 80 and 97A, Parish of Oruawharo. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 132·4, 366·4, 147·5, and 208·1 links; towards the east by portions of Allotments S. 80 and 97A of the aforesaid parish, 305·5 and 100 links respectively; towards the south by portions of Allotments N.E. M. 97 and M. 97 of the aforesaid parish, 384·5 links; and towards the south-west by portion of Allotment M. 97 of the aforesaid parish, 596·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2858A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Wellington of a Width less than Sixty six Feet but not less than Fifty Feet.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of August, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Wellington City Council to permit the laying-off of a street of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet within the area described in the Schedule hereto; it being inexpedient to lay off a street of a width of sixty-six feet.

SCHEDULE.

ALL those areas situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, containing 1 acre 0 roods 0·97 perch and 9·18 perches, more or less, and being Town Acre 935 and part of the Town Belt Reserves, City of Wellington.

As the said areas are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52403, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged green and coloured blue respectively.

Boundaries of Borough of Feilding altered.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of August, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, in pursuance of section one hundred and thirty-two of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, a petition was presented to the Governor-General praying that part of the County of Manawatu should be excluded from the said county, and included in the Borough of Feilding: And whereas a notice showing the proposed alteration in boundaries of the said borough has been gazetted and publicly notified, and no objections in writing against such alteration have been lodged:

And whereas it is expedient that the said area should be included in the said Borough of Feilding:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that as on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be included in the Borough of Feilding.

SCHEDULE.

AREA INCLUDED IN THE BOROUGH OF FEILDING.

ALL that area in the Land District of Wellington, being part of Allotment 24 on deposited plan 999, bounded by the Borough of Feilding as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1921, page 429, from the south-west corner of Allotment 23, deposited plan 999, to and along the southern boundary of Allotment 24 for a distance of 204·6 links, thence north-easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of said Allotment 23, the point of commencement.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a road, portion of such land being occupied as a garden and pleasure ground.
