Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Waipu Branch of the Whangarei-North Auckland Railway (6 Miles 77 Chains to 11 Miles).

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Waipu Branch of the Whangarei-North Auckland Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the boundary between Sections 10 and 11, Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, which point is also the termination of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 9th day of April, 1919, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47, of the 17th day of the same month, and marked 6 miles 77 chains; proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 4 miles 3 chains, more or less, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Section 11, Block VI, Section 12, Blocks VI and X, Section 13A, Block X, Sections 13, E. 14, part 64, and part 78, Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Section 78, Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District, marked 11 miles: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52291, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of August, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 26·2 perches.
Portion of Section 85 (D.P. 9409), Pukete Parish, Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21548.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51695, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of August, 1921.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Town of Mahurangi described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 4 perches.
Portion of Section 50; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 4 perches.
Passing through Section 50; coloured green.
All situated in the Town of Mahurangi.
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/866, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under number 1919, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1921.
