SECTION 33, Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District : Area,
16 acres 1 rood 20 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things,
enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended
under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in con-
nection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart
for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation
in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule
hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Pamotumotu Block.
SECTION 26, Block V, and Sections 7-12 (inclusive), Block IX,
Wharepapa Survey District, and Sections 10-15 (inclusive),
Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District: Area, 6,816 acres
2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 13th day of July, 1921.

Land in Nelson Land District declared to be subject to
Section 127 o the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Land Board of the Nelson Land District
has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land
enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief,
owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no
control preventing the profitable occupation of such land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of
the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies
Empowering Act, 1911, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule
hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further
fix three years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule
as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from
payment of rent.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 10, Block VII, Hope Survey District: Area, 1,173
acres. 1st July, 1921.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1921.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Mental Hospital
(Porirua) in Block I, Belmont Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me
in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
mental hospital (Porirua); and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
