of Churton Street, the southern side of the portion of Farnham Street, and the northern side of the portion of Garfield Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Churton Street, Parnell, abutting on Lot 3 of Allotment 66, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

Also all that portion of street, situated in the said land district and city, known as Farnham Street, Parnell, abutting on Lots 3, 5, and 6 of Allotment 66, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

Also all that portion of street, situated in the said land district and city known as Garfield Street, Parnell, abutting on Lots 3, 5, and 6 of Allotment 66, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50780, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

The Northern Side of Portion of Humber Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of July, 1921.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Humber Street beginning at the intersection of Derwent Street and extending for a distance of 238·39 links, being the whole frontage of Lot 48, D.P. 1340, Island Bay ”: subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the northern side of the portion of Humber Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Humber Street, abutting on Lot 48, D.P. 1340. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51818, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Drake Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to Drake Street in the said city,” such street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Drake Street, commencing at its junction with Hamilton Road, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction to its termination at Lot 5, D.P. 784, being part Section 4. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52093, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Florence Street, Newtown, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ALL that street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Florence Street, Newtown, commencing at its junction with Gordon Street, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 990, 992, 993, 994, and 995. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51808, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—viz., “That the Auckland City Council, having control of Ngahere Terrace, Parnell, in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street from Lots 10 and 11 of the subdivision of Allotment 2 of Section 95 of the Suburbs of Auckland,” such street being described in the Schedule hereto,
